Are You Making Money From Your CPC Marketing Campaigns?

Lancer Media excels at making money from CPC marketing campaigns. Let us do what we do best while you stick to your core competency. Don't let your money sit idle while no one clicks on your ad. Worse, don't spend alot of money on click-throughs based on keyphrases that are not relevant to your business model, not action-oriented, or not producing sales at the other end. Managing a successful Cost-per-Click Marketing campaign is a lot of work requiring seasoning, experience and an artful touch. We spend hours each day building and monitoring these campaigns on behalf of our clients. And, we deliver the ROI results.

Cost-Per-Click (CPC) Marketing Is The Quickest Route to the Top of Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs)

Cost-per-Click Marketing, also referred to as CPC Marketing, PPC Marketing, Pay-per-Click Marketing, or Search Engine Marketing, is the quickest method by which website owners can expose their websites to potential customers in the search engines. Lancer Media has transformed CPC Marketing into a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – based platform because no longer can website owners publish landing (destination) pages that do not inform, educate and market products and services. Moreover, landing pages must clearly define their theme through proper keyphrase research and analysis, title tag and metatag optimization, page alignment and authoritative content. Moreover, a well-planned CPC marketing campaign must also be developed on in-depth keyphrase research.

Is CPC Marketing Worth The Invesment If Ads Receive 20% of SERP Clicks?

It is true that almost 80% of all search engine users prefer to click on organic listings. While the remaining 20% of search engine visitors click on Sponsored Ads in search engines (the CPC Marketing component), the investment is still a sound marketing strategy as long as a positive ROI is realized.

When establishing a Cost-per-Click marketing campaign, we feel it is best to test the efficiency of your ads in Google AdWords. Although it can get pricey, Google AdWords is the preferred initial CPC marketing strategy because website owners are permitted to test different ad variations per targeted keyphrase or keyphrase group and it's easier to use and understand. Depending on traffic levels, we typically test our selected keyphrases and Ad variations over a 15-30 day period so we have a handle on which keyphrases and ads perform at a high level for us. Once we've optimized your click-through rate and conversion rate per keyphrase, then we initiate other CPC marketing campaigns.

Our philosophy for CPC marketing is the same one for website optimization campaigns: to rank a website high in the SERPS (Search Engine Result Pages), to entice the user to click-through to the website and to purchase the product or service. Many successful online businesses employ a hybrid strategy whereby website optimization is combined with a healthy CPC Marketing campaign. If organic listings attract 80% of all search engine visitors, why not attract the remaining 20% through an effective, optimized advertising campaign? And if it may take a few weeks or months for your website to crack the front pages of the search engines' organic listings, then at least consider a CPC marketing campaign to bridge the time gap. In order to track and understand visitor behavior and website dynamics, we install website analytics on each client webpage.

Our Cost-per-Click (CPC) Marketing Campaign Approach

Cost-per-Click (CPC) Marketing Campaigns are similar in nature so let's focus on Google AdWords.

  • Research and compile a list of relevant and ction-oriented keyphrases.
  • Set up a Google AdWords account.
  • Establish a minimal daily budget, as low as possible to minimize risk but high enough to gather meaningful results. Once we've identified the keyphrases and Ad variations that result in high CTRs and conversions, we will increase the daily budget.
  • Establish one AdGroup per each set of relevant keyphrases.
  • Develop Ad variations for each AdGroup. Once the testing period has been completed, choose Ad(s) that have delivered the highest click-through rates (CTRs) and the highest conversion rates. Developing Ad copy is a science and an art. Lancer Media is proven in the field of CPC marketing and has never failed to deliver positive ROI on any CPC campaign that has run its full course of testing.
  • Your ad will not always appear when one of your relevant keyphrases is typed into a Google search. First, you may have used up your daily budgeted amount. Second, Google does not always give precedence to website owners that spend or allocate the most. Google also factors in the click-through rate or CTR, meaning that Google does not make money if no one clicks on your ad. Therefore, low CTRs to your website, despite the amount of your budget, will be cause for it to be displayed less frequently.
